Allow to skip searchable class check #27

As requested on the issue allow to set via a env setting (ALGOLIA_SETTINGS_SKIP_CHECK) if isClassSearchable check is be skipped

I think the issue stated in #26 is from something else, I'd rather find out before moving on with this issue.
