feat(HierarchicalMenu): add css class for link of selected menu item #3646

Summary

This PR adds a new CSS class modifier for the <HierarchicalMenu> widgets in RIS and RISH, following the addition made in the CSS specs. For RISH, it also adds a dedicated key in classNames.

InstantSearch.css class name Key in classNames (RISH only)
.ais-HierarchicalMenu-link--selected selectedItemLink
