Add the possibility to refine by number of downloads #7

Like in the instant search demo with "price_ranges", it would be interesting to create faceted labels for the number of downloads:

0 - 1'000 downloads
1'000 - 10'000 downloads
10'000 - 100'00 downloads
+100'000 downloads

What you thinks?

I wasn't sure about that one; basically a user would never refine on a small number of downloads. Since the number of downloads is currently the customRanking criteria, the highest downloaded plugins are already first.
