Restart log failes - StartLog fails after calling StopLog #6

To reproduce this issue:
1. Open the app, 'oper', 'login'
2. Startlog mf
3. Stoplog mf y
4. 'Startlog mf' produces the following error:

System.NullReferenceException: ההפניה לאובייקט לא הוגדרה
