enhancement: improved verbosity optionality #181

Summary

To improve visibility of C.I. build failures, introduce new logging capabilities. In particular:

the dump() function is introduced to the sandbox script which calls out to docker compose of the specified services.
scripts running inside of the indexer container produce clearer breadcrumbs

Why are tests failing?

Most likely, this is because indexer is breaking the build. I expect the tests to start passing once this PR is merged.
