Description

As an AlgoKit user I want to edit an app in the app studio So that I can adjust the details that were previously supplied

As an AlgoKit user I want to edit an app in the app studio So that I can add a new app spec for my mutable app

Technical Details

In the case of mutable apps, we need to allow adding a new app spec + round info
Edit name

Questions

Do we want to support changing the app spec or should users just delete and re-create?

Acceptance Criteria

A user can edit an app in the app studio
New app specs can be added for mutable apps. The app spec co-exist with previously uploaded ones.
Applications are only edited against the current network that user is connected to.
User will be prompted to choose a different name if they enter an app name which has already been used for that network.
