Removing Lora Txn Wizard limitations

Feature request: Lora Txn Wizard should remove the following limitations:

Not possible to set fee to 0 ALGO
Not possible to create an application
Not possible to rekey simultaneously with an app call
When editing an app call where resources were already edited, the already edited resources disappear and need to be redone
When adding arguments to an app call, it is titled as Argument 1. It is unclear what happens with Argument 0.
When adding arguments to an app call, it would be beneficial to have a comment in what form they must/can be entered (e.g. a string of bytes).

Updating an app has also been raised as something that people want to do
