I did submit. What I wasn't sure of was to carry on with the idea as I needed approval or a go ahead from you.

I see, can you explain a bit more what you have built? It's just a platform right? We are looking for devs to write tutorials about our smart contract code, not looking for a platform because we already drive such initiatives via other routes. So, it would be a decline if you really want to build a matching platform.
