Description

What is this task?

Research and compose a < 1,000 word blog post comparing the energy consumption of top layer 1 blockchains including Algorand, Ethereum, Cardano, Polkadot, EOS and Tron.

What are the requirements for the bounty taker?

Bounty taker should have strong writing skills, and an in-depth understanding of blockchain components contributing to energy consumption, including consensus mechanisms, architecture and redundancy.

What are the deliverables?

1. One <1,000 word blog post with references.

Judging Criteria and Metrics

Blog submissions will be evaluated by the Algorand Community team, and the top submissions awarded the bounty.

Submission Procedure

Submit your blog post following these steps:

[ ] Complete your profile
[ ] Select Blog from the left sidebar in Admin Dashboard
[ ] Click New Blog Post
[ ] Fill in the title and content. Upload a featured image.
[ ] When you’re done writing, click Save as Draft to preview or click Submit to publish
[ ] Check the appropriate boxes in the authorization modal and click Submit
