@SudoWeezy Thanks! I've updated the proposal to the new format. Could you confirm if anything else is still necessary to do?

And I noticed that I needed to fill in a link for the discussion part about the proposal. I used this PR for now, but I assume that it's preferable to discuss all proposals using the same platform. Will that be the Algorand Forum or Github?
