Refactor implementation of data sources (DAO) #2

I like the idea of working with interfaces for the data providers instead of packages and singletons but I not sure I like having the DAO suffix as part of the name, I'm thinking of something more general like _Resource_Provider, like ProblemsProvider or UsersProvider.

Other ideas are welcome.
