Rephrase it like that : For this week, the developers began to work on the maze. They tried to get the Pac-Man character to react to the borders, so it wont cross the walls.
"Sofware Engineer" Make it look like the others : Software Engineer
"Our QA has started writing the Test Plan that will be used to test our working Pac Man prototype." I'd say this : Our QA continued to write the Test Plan that we will use to test our working version of Pac-Man.
"laguens" Since it's a name, the L is in caps : Laguens

This sentence is good, just change two words : ....we need to work on the direction of our Pac-Man and change the face of our Pac-Man with his mouth open and closed.
Same as previously, change a word to change : The Program Manager will help the techlead to finish writing and formatting the technical due to 11/27/2023.
