Uploading mp4 into generate report section does not generate any error #154

Uploading mp4 or any other format into generate report section does not generate any error, but it silently fails. image On clicking any further on the submit does not raise any error nor it succeeds leading to confusion. Error handling using toasts will help. Kindly assign this issue to me under GGSOC'24 @afeefuddin
