GROW Chat input area on growing text like chatgpt #161

The chat input area should grow vertically instead of horizontally on increasing the text. Like the other apps

@Yash020405 I already wanna work on this under GSSOC.... so find some other issues or create your own if you find any... @afeefuddin kindly review this issue and asign to me so that i can start working on it...
