Initial page load takes to long #48

Single page sites can have the problem.

Need to

lazy load images, remove some or decrease the quality
run a perf tool to see what other improvements can be made

Wow, OK these are the guys causing the slowness

OK optimized all images and remove an image from the gallery which was 1.4MB, I could do some other minor optimizations but I don't think it'll be worth it, most of the latency is because it'd be hosted in the US. We could instead of hosting on github (which makes it a bit easier for me to deploy changes), host in AWS S3 which was my original plan, that'd be hosted in aus.

@Lizzards1 lemme know if you see it as an issue and I can move it there, open a new task for that if so

Actually another option would be to have each section on a new page like a tradition website, i.e. when the user clicks a menu item just that page is loaded

I like this idea better. only because I can directly link parents to our sign on section etc
