Not enough contrast between logo and banner green. They blend into each other too much. #9

I just gave you access to 'Purchased logo folder". There is a file in PNG Large folder that has a logo with a darker green. See if this contrast better with the top banner (lime green). If not, may be darken the green in the top banner to contrast with the lighter logo.
