Get Arabic Verses ---Quran #14

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some people would like to get Arabic instead of the currently forced default of English. In fact, it may be nice to get other languages as well...!

Describe the solution you'd like This should not be too difficult: Perhaps just a change to the URL?

Additional context See issue #13.

It may also be a good idea to do likewise for the Bible ;-)

I guess this can be resolved by choosing the appropriate translation ID from here

As for the Arabic text, it shouldn't be too hard. We can grep for the line data-text and extract it from there.
