not recognizing wifi on Samsung Vibrant #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Started program
2. Hit "menu" then "update series "
3. Returned message "Internet connection not available" even though wiring 
connection is active.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 1.3 - did the same with 1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Issue seems to be resolved. App finds and uses Wifi for updates on Samsung S.
