Update Project.toml #34

The way the compats were written wouldn't allow e.g. Documenter v0.26.2.

We should make a patch release after merging this.

@ali-ramadhan actually I was wrong...

It's just DocumenterCitations v0.2.0 that was simply blocking Documenter from updating to v0.26 and later.

Could you simply release a minor patch of DocumenterCitations?
