Profile Picture render at user profile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When user shared his picture as avatar. Avatar will render user shared image on user profile. Like other social apps i.e FB, INSTAGRAM AND LINKED-IN

Describe the solution you'd like I will propose a simple solution when user shared picture , it will store on blockchain or public network. Application engage or build connection with blockchain or access public network. Download the relevant File. Each file have unique fingerprint that will used to identify the data on public network.
