Locale plugin does not support Encryption #345

When using encryption, the Locale Plugin will not work with Tasker. Works fine 
with encryption off, but I would really like encryption...
I haven't tested this with Locale, but since the last update to the plugin was 
BEFORE encryption was released, I assume the situation is the same.
