pretrained sema model #9

@aliaksandr960 @gabriel-fallen Is it possible to use our pre-trained model sema model (mean instead of using the traditional sam model but use my pre-trained model)

@massidi this project not actively develops in a recent year, so I not know how it works with recent SAM versions. I suggest to use https://github.com/opengeos/segment-geospatial , there are bigger community and it is actively developed.
