Add tests for filepath references #64

Adds unit tests for the data file paths. There are still some other features that require tests to be written for them like the qml popup, however with these issues can be more easily identified if the code is physically tested and so will be written once I have figured out how to test them. Closes #59

CI tests look to have failed because the Overpass endpoint timed out. See #65

CI fails due #61, but happy to merge as these tests pass.
