Export transaction history as CSV #46

I wasn't able to find a method to export the transaction history to CSV. This is a pretty standard yet useful feature of most cryptocurrency Qt wallets. I'd like to make a request for this feature to be added.

It's possible to use the standard listtransactions command which generates output in JSON format and then convert it to CSV using https://www.npmjs.com/package/json2csv . Closing.
