Should not refer to Docker build file for up-to-date dependencies

it is stated that

See up2date list of build time dependencies on corresponding Dockerfile, which is used to build Alias on our Continuous Integration system.

This basically acknowledges that the provided list is probably NOT up to date ;) This is clearly bad practice. I would suggest to either:

• Remove the included list in the docs and directly refer to the Docker file to avoid confusion, OR
• Update the provided list in the docs whenever the Docker file dependencies are changed (preferred, especially for noobs)

For example, the Fedora dependency list includes qt5 and qt5-devel packages which are not available on F33.
