Hello, I would like to introduce a new package, such as HDBSCAN, will this have an impact on the framework?

I appreciate your suggestion. However, I must apologize as we do not currently have plans to incorporate new packages into the FS in the near future. We will note your suggestion for when we next evaluate potential additions to our project.
