refactor(interactive): Refine the serialization and deserialization of `call_procedure` request

There are multiple input format for calling stored procedure in interactive, including json, protobuf and raw-bytes based string. Currently we use the last byte to distinguish them, but this is a little bit adhoc and dirty, Is there any better way to do this?
