迁移lvs-fullnat到高版本内核 #27

http://kb.linuxvirtualserver.org 上面的版本比较老，不推荐使用

如何让更高版本的内核使用上v2甚至v3版本的patch？有没详细步骤？

LVS-fullnat 无法安装至 CentOS 7.x。即使能够将 2.6.32-220 内核编译并安装于 CentOS 7.x，但无法启动。
