MNN的Vulkan不支持处理大分辨？但用OpenCL可以处理，且Vulkan显存资源占用较多，处理效率却不如OpenCL #2664

平台(如果交叉编译请再附上交叉编译目标平台):

当前输入分辨率为2784*2784，使用Vulkan加速无报错，但结果不对；使用openCL加速结果正确； MNN的vulkan是否无法处理大分辨率图像输入？
