Not able to download traces #93

I can't download the traces,both chinese version and overseas version,even after taking the survey

for me, the links from the Alibaba 2018 traces on GitHub don't work either when I click on them. However: wget http://clusterdata2018pubcn.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/alibaba_clusterdata2018.tar.gz works fine for me

For me, the problem is that when I submit the form I get the URL back to the README, instead of the actual download URL.
