StatViewServlet监控配置jmx之后，WebStatFilter失效，Druid和Spring关联监控配置也失效了 #1538

没配置jmxurl之前，数据源，sql监控是不能用的： image image image web监控有数据： image image image

配置了dubbo应用的jmxurl image 首页，sql监控，数据源是可以获取数据的： image image web监控没数据： image image image

补充一下，我的dubbo和web是分离的，dubbo就是单独启动，前端web使用tomcat，所以想要监控dubbo那边的数据连接池连接，除非把dubbo放到tomcat的，就只能配置jmx吧？
