[BUG]:kafka version not support 3.8.0 #1767

Describe the bug I review ilogtail go mod "github.com/IBM/sarama v1.42.2" , this version not support kafka 3.8.0, please upgrade to "github.com/IBM/sarama v1.43.3" or above

ilogtail version: v2.0.0
