support a native docker image #11402

希望release里有适用于Linux_x64和 Linux_arm64的本地二进制文件。（） hope there are native file in the release that are suitable for Linux_x64 and Linux_arm64.

或者支持一下这个docker 镜像 ibm-semeru-runtimes:open-17-jdk，可以节省挺多内存。 Or alternatively, consider supporting this Docker image ibm-semeru-runtimes:open-17-jdk, which can save a significant amount of memory.
