Issue Forms 介绍：Introduction to Issue Forms

相比原先纯文本的优点：

交互体验更好，支持丰富的表单项，比如下拉选择
链接不用复制，可以直接点击打开，比如 PR 里添加了 Create new codesandbox 的入口
规范 issue 格式，可以控制哪些是必填项，避免用户不填或者删除
