当前XQUIC项目组开源的译稿 draft-ietf-quic-recovery-34-zh.md 是基于 ietf draft-34版本，与 RFC9002 内容基本一致。 在此基础上进行校对修正，提供正式的 RFC9002 中文译本。

rfc9000 transport 终端不得（MUST NOT）在非ACK触发包内插入ACK触发帧，否则会导致乒乓确认死循环 这个文档一直把infinite 翻译成乒乓
