[x] connect oscillator to IC1 using AC coupling, short VT with VREF_AC. The Oscillator common mode can be 1.1V while the IC1 voltage can span from 1.2V to VCC
[x] add 2x 5k1 pulldowns to USB connector CC1/CC2 - some hosts might not recognize connected USB
[x] change the name on panel: LHC clock source; add DC IN 5V 0.6A; use horizontal text, not vertical,we have space on the panel;
[x] add test close to LEDs: LHC Freq x3 x4, LHC Freq x1 x2

there is a collision with SMA connector and panel we should have the connectors like in SMA DIO

Connectors are positioned as in DIO_SMA but the board shape is different because of SMD leds used. Shifting connectors back and adding PCB cutouts for edge SMA connectors should do the trick
