Updated deploy script for Windows #121

It was broken due to files been no longer overwriten.

I created a universal deploy script that works on Windows XP and later, Mac OS X and linux. It simply use python. However i don't know if your original script does anything other than deploying so can you look at it ? : https://github.com/gus33000/Minecraft-mods/tree/universal-scripts Also i plan on doing the others scripts. For Windows i just run the script with python which is Included in MCP.

Hmm, looks nice. I'll take a look into the Python script a bit later.
