Universal scripts, for Any Operating System that support MCP #129

I will probably improved the scripts later but at this state, it's pretty much working as excepted, like he original scripts. Maybe i will change the configuration system to a json file, but later.

BTW : MCP is out for 1.7.10 (Final and stable version)
