No notifications with calendar window closed in Thunderbird #16

With https://github.com/Exalm/lightbird/commit/31ee61d877e5c087f2e0beb621c416c22073c3a4, alarms now work right after startup on SeaMonkey, as opposed to having to open Calendar window at least once. It might also fix this, although I haven't tested it.

Tested. Totally fixed by the commit above.
