What are you trying to do?
On a fresh MW2CR install the players2 folder does not exist because I just downloaded the game without running it even once.
What problem are you having?
C++ Exception because h2-mod is looking for players2 folder which does not exist on a fresh install

Run the stock game on Battle net once to create players2 folder. The issue is solved that way
