BUILD:

Update CI workflow because V2 is going to stop working very soon due to old NodeJS deprecation
Refactor Premake5 (.exe update) and LUA update

UTILS:

Refactor strings utility (remove UB behaviour) and remove unused function
General refactor
Add info string utility for the user info module
Remove unreachable code from the HTTP utility
Updated CURL due to CVE fixed last month

GENERAL:

Fix the formatting of some files without actually changing any code: SPACES converted to TABS

FEATURE:

Add user_info module (yay)
