Radius doesn't resize #16

The background VML doesn't seems to resize when the page is resized.

Once VML is created, they wont get resized dynamically.

There is an option of writing additional code for resizing VML on browserResize.

If someone can write it and send it accross, I will update it here

Please let me know code and i want only top two corners to be rounded as for 
tab in the menus. Only the left and right top portions is to be rounded not the 
bottom ones
