Don't work with IE8. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse demo page with IE8.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
content get redrawn but all curved borders are lost. sort of works in 
compatibility mode but not perfectly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE 8.0.6001

Please provide any additional information below.

htc file v2 updated with IE8 support. Please check and let me know if still 
having 
issue. IE8 is not taking width given in %. That was the issue. Fount a 
workaround and 
updated.
