404 Error generated #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just use the .htc file as normal
2. Run a program such as HTTPWatch to monitor requests

Makes a request to the following URL domain.com/none this then generated a
404 and the 404 page is downloaded in the background causing performance
issues with the entire page.
