Update CI with a functional test of panorama HDR in the linux CI.
For that, the CI is cloning Meshroom and a dedicated dataset. In case a meshroom branch with the same name as the current AV branch exists, then that meshroom branch is used for testing.
If such a branch does not exist, the "develop" branch of meshroom is used.
Meshroom is used through the script "meshroom_batch" that requires python3, so the linux centos archive used for the CI has been updated accordingly.
