I remember a similar case some time ago: https://github.com/alicevision/meshroom/issues/1112 (no real solution, sorry)

Are the camera positions correct?

I think somewhere the software assumes it has to create the "back side" of the model. This occurs in my experience sometimes with top down aerial images. At the moment I can recommend opendronemap for aerial image reconstruction.
