[Improvements] Project Manager/Templates

Here are some Ideas for managing Meshroom Projects and Templates.

Project Manager:

• Show Project Manager window on startup.
• easily open recent projects
• edit metadata
• see/set project paths
• enable image import folder (to make a complete project folder shareable)
• Add own fields/metadata/tags
• use templates previously saved or imported to Meshroom (to store specific node graphs)

Add "Project" entry to menu bar with

• "Project Manager"
• "Templates"

Add "Save as template" (.mg) to the main menu: File->"Save as template" Add "Import template"

Template Window: Save/Modify/Remove: Name, Description, Thumbnail, optional lines, (list parameters)
