List meshes by groups #119

In mesh listview, list meshes by groups (like in Maya outliner)

Is that really necessary to list meshes now ? There is a "MVG" attribute on meshes that define if meshes are available in MayaMVG. It can be modified directly in Maya.

By default, only meshes created via MayaMVG are used in plugin.
