Use different manipulator for each mode #90

Use manipulator for the different modes. Switch of mode can be made by clicking on the icon or with a shortcut, like for Maya modes. The differents modes are :

Creation
Move and fit on point cloud
Move and keep plane on the adjacent face
Triangulation
