Please add to the documentation how to run tests #28

The section Instructions for compiling Geogram doesn't contain information on how to run tests.

Just FYI this is just a mirror that we maintain for our project, the official one should be soon(-ish) online here in github. Drop a line to the author if you need changes to be done
